Where can I purchase tickets? You can order tickets online at Ticket Tailor or in person at the Beet Club

Do you offer concession tickets? Yes! Under-16s, over-65s and carers can purchase concession tickets online or in person at the Beet Club.

What is your refund policy? All tickets are non-refundable unless the show needs to be cancelled, at which point all ticket holders will be contacted.

I have a ticket for the April 2020 show, what do I need to do? Please contact us and we can change this to a ticket for our next show in October!

Can under 18s attend the show? Yes! But they must be accompanied by an adult.

What time do doors open? Doors open usually 6pm for a 6.30pm start time, and finish around 9pm. Late entries will be permitted either with an advance ticket or one purchased on the door.

Is there disabled access and disabled toilets? Yes! You can also contact the Beet Club for any further details.

Is there food and drink available? The Beet Club has a bar selling drinks (including alcoholic ones!) and bar snacks, and a food truck outside sells burgers.

Is there parking? Free parking is available outside the venue.

How do I get to the venue? The Beet Club is just a 25-minute walk from Ely train station, but the 12 or 9 bus will get you to within a 15 minute walk. There is also a taxi rank outside Ely train station, and a taxi from there to the venue will cost just under £10.

Who can I speak to if I have issues on the day? The Beet Club will have staff available for any issues relating to the venue, and Ambush management can be identified by their blue Ambush t-shirts.

Can I meet the wrestlers? Meet and greets are available for purchase and can be redeemed after the show.
